The Machining Department plays a pivotal role in Ahresty India's vertically integrated manufacturing process. It bridges the critical transition from raw aluminum die-cast components to precision-engineered automotive parts ready for assembly and delivery. Equipped with advanced technology and guided by the principles of the "Ahresty Production Way", the department ensures that only high-quality components progress through the production line.

1. Advanced Machining Infrastructure

Ahresty India operates a fleet of VMCs (Vertical Machining Centers) and HMCs (Horizontal Machining Centers). These CNC machines are capable of high-speed, high-precision operations necessary for complex die-cast aluminum components. The use of both vertical and horizontal platforms allows for flexibility in part orientation, efficient multi-face machining, and reduced re-fixturing – all of which contribute to shorter cycle times and improved accuracy. These machines are tailored to handle a wide range of automotive components such as:

All of which demand precision tolerance, surface finish quality, and durability under harsh operating conditions.
